Tile and Grout Cleaning Services in Loveland, CO

Trust Badges

Loveland's mix of older homes near downtown and newer construction around Boyd Lake and the south side means we see a wide range of tile and grout conditions across town — from original grout in a 1970s ranch home that's never been sealed, to newer large-format tile in a north Loveland build that just needs its first professional cleaning.

We're based right up the road in Fort Collins, so Loveland is one of our regular service areas, not an afterthought — we're often out this way multiple times a week.

Grout takes a beating from Colorado's dry climate and hard water, both of which accelerate staining and cause sealant to break down faster than in more humid regions. That's part of why so many Loveland homeowners come to us with grout that looks far older than the tile itself. Our deep cleaning process lifts embedded dirt and hard water residue that regular mopping can't touch, and our sealing service helps grout hold up better against that same hard water going forward.

What our customers are saying

Highly Skilled

ProGrout Solutions, Michael, and his team are the best!! They replaced/restored the grout and caulking in our showers, which honestly look better now than when they were new! We highly recommend ProGrout Solutions!

~ Veronica B.

Quality Work

Hired Michael to do grout replacement in our shower; about a 2 week wait for an appointment. He was on time and did good quality work for the estimated (reasonable) price.

~ Megan E.

Professional & Reliable

He didn't try and upsell us on additional services and was very fairly priced compared to others in the area that provide the same service. Michael is professional, hardworking, and reliable.

Bring New Life to Your Home’s Tile and Grout

How long does tile and grout deep cleaning take?
Most residential jobs take between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the square footage and how much buildup has accumulated. A single bathroom or small kitchen floor might take under 2 hours, while whole-home tile cleaning could take a full day. We will provide a time estimate specific to your space during your free estimate.
Can you fix cracked tile without replacing the whole floor?
In many cases, yes. If the crack is isolated to one or two tiles and the subfloor underneath is solid, we can often remove and replace only the damaged tiles rather than tearing out the entire floor. This depends on whether we can source a matching tile or you have spare tiles from the original installation. If the cracking is widespread or points to a subfloor issue, we will let you know rather than patching over a larger problem.
How often should grout be resealed?
For most homes, grout sealant should be reapplied every 1 to 2 years. High-traffic areas such as entryways and kitchens may need to be resealed more often, while lightly used spaces such as guest bathrooms may be able to go longer. A simple way to check is to place a small amount of water on the grout. If the water no longer beads up and instead soaks in, it is time to reseal.
Which Loveland neighborhoods and ZIP codes do you serve?
Yes, we serve Loveland, including the 80537, 80538, and 80539 ZIP codes, from downtown Loveland to neighborhoods near Boyd Lake and south Loveland.
Is grout cleaning worth it compared to replacing tile?
For most homes, yes. Professional deep cleaning and resealing can restore grout that looks permanently stained or dingy, often at a fraction of the cost of full tile replacement. It can also extend the life of your existing tile and delay the need for replacement. Replacement usually makes sense only when tiles are cracked, loose, or outdated, or when the grout has deteriorated enough to allow water damage underneath. We will always explain which option is appropriate for your space rather than recommending a replacement you do not need.
Do you offer free estimates in Loveland?
Yes. We provide free, no-obligation estimates for Loveland homes and businesses. We will inspect your tile and grout, discuss what work is actually needed, and provide a clear price before any work begins.
